References to “you” or “the Client” refer to any individual who contacts us, submits a form, books a session, or uses our services in any capacity.

• WhatsApp contact number (for scheduling only)
• Gender and age (for listener matching purposes)
• A brief written description of what you wish to discuss (pre-screening only)
• Any information you voluntarily share during a session

• Basic website analytics (page views, device type, browser type) via anonymous tracking
• IP address (used solely for security and fraud prevention)
• Cookies required for website functionality

We do not record, transcribe, or store any audio or video from sessions.

• To respond to your session request and complete pre-screening
• To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointment
• To match you with an appropriate listener based on your preferences
• To send operational communications (session reminders, confirmations)
• To improve our service quality (using anonymized, aggregated data only)

We will never use your personal information for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes without your explicit written consent.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party, except in the following strictly limited circumstances:

In all other circumstances, your data remains private between you and Rant an Ear.
